We heard from the West Coast kid again. Things are bad, but we're doing our best to cheer her up. We'll keep hoping that something good happens to the kid.

We are off to the beach for our first vacation since our honeymoon. Enjoy the week and think of me, hating to sweat, sitting on the beach. Heh. No lawn mowing this week!
